Jose Castillo has more than a decade of senior living industry
experience. Before joining Insite Realty Advisors Jose’s previous
roles included working as a Sales & Marketing Director, Executive
Director, Regional Sales Director and Regional Director of Operations for the nation’s largest senior living provider. Jose was responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies as well as meeting operational goals. Under his leadership, Jose’s communities, and regions had unparalleled success while also providing excellent service to residents and families. Jose’s experience has allowed him to become skilled in multi-site management, customer service, strategic planning & revenue growth, sales & marketing, operations, and leadership development.

After serving in the United States Coast Guard Jose attended the
University of Phoenix, where he studied Business Administration.
Jose lives in Central California with his wife and daughter. When Jose is not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
